This is a widely accepted and economic material with excellent resistance to dilute or moderately strong acids and apliphatic alcohols. It has good resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons and ketones. It has poor resistance to such chemicals as aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons and strong oxidizing agents.
